Is there anybody who can help us with regards to letting the INS know about our new address, we recently just moved and would like to start the process of writing to INS about our new address.

Is there any form we need to fill out ?? or documents that we need to send?

We sent a letter to MSC, our local office, sent the AR-11 and the I-865 and called USCIS. I would mail all these documents certified so you have proof that you informed them of your new address.

((Success))

This is what I did and it has worked for me…

- The immigrant has to download the form AR-11 from the USCIS website (http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/ar-11.htm) and send it to the specified address in Kentucky.

- In addition I would send a copy to any service center where you have a case pending at. I personally also included a letter to the service center with all my case numbers in hope to make it easier for them to connect.

- Call the 1-800 number and inform them of your change of address.

- The sponsor has to download form I-865 (http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-865.htm) and send it to the specified address for their region.

If you haven’t received a letter or anything within a couple of weeks I would try to call the 1-800 number again and check up on them.

oh no!

a few of u mentioned i865... Well, im the immigrant, and we did file AR11, and we notified USCIS by phone LAST YR when we moved... AND they do have for us on record our new adress...

My problem now is that we never did that I865.... iS everyone supposed to do it? I mean, my husband is the citizen, so he has to fill out that form? What if it's been 1 yr since our move?!
