Hello,

I got a job offer for a work from home position. The company location is in a different state. Will it make uscis think we don't live together? when I submit i-751 paperwork, do I need to show any proof that I work from home?

Thank you in advance!

Don't worry about it. A lot of people nowadays work online, for companies that are based in other states. Your new company will have an address for you on file, and will send your tax statements to your home address. No problem.

If the company you are working for have the correct resident address for you on the file, then they are liable to withhold the tax against that resident in every of your pay check and send it to that state.

So they will know you are living in a different state and working in other. dont worry, you should be ok
