and do not mistaken anything as an approval

the paperwork only is approved as all there and then sent to NVC

NVC asks for any additional documents needed and approves the package for delivery to embassy for interview

only the embassy can actually approve the application the request for K1 visa and stamp the necessary visa to passport

I we checked on website, They said it approved on August 16 2016

Sometimes USCIS improperly adjudicates some petitions out of order.

As you can imagine, people who have been waiting for months aren't overly happy that this occurs, and it's understandable to see why.

I guess the thing that irritates me the most about this post is that you referred to your fiance as friend. Hope you don't make that mistake in your interview.

i dont think he called his fiancee as friend.

He and his fiancee PLUS his friend and his friends fiancee made petition at the same day. But his friend and his friends fiancees petition got approved extremely fast.
