I will tell you what I did, which is only my opinion and what worked for me:

I copied the pages in my current and old expired passport that showed all the entry stamps. I didn't include the empty pages and I sent in about 6 photos total with our names, date it was take and WHERE on the back of the photo. I also sent travel itineries to cross reference with the passport pages and the photos.

Good luck!

Copy for the dates you are claiming for travel to see them, i believe i sent about 8 pictures, show just a small variety of locations. You both together, maybe you and the family, etc and then you can save some for the interview phase.

Hello,

Do I need to copy every page of my passport to indicate that I travelled to see my fiance recently or should I just include the pages that were stamped by customs and is 12 photographs to many, they were taken in different situation.

Thanks.

As far as the passport, maybe. If you are using the passport as identification/proof of citizenship then yes every page needs to be copied (even blank pages). But if you are not using your passport for that purpose, I am pretty sure I have seen that others have just copied the stamped pages plus your bio page. (Someone please correct me if you have had a different experience).

I used my passport for evidence of citizenship since the certified copy of my Birth Certificate is of really poor quality so I copied every page and just highlighted and marked the pages that have stamps on them indicating our meeting.

12 photographs seem quite reasonable. I sent in 9 and USCIS seemed to think that was fine. It's good that they are in different situations. A person from the Embassy told me that the best ones show the couple together with other people/relatives or in front of well known landmarks. The candid ones in a crowd show that the couple 'acts' like a couple by going out or to family functions.

Good Luck!

Sue

My husband used his passport for citizenship proof and we just sent the biometrics page for that and then the entry stamps for visitation proof.

You also might want to copy the cover and the back of the passport.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Just to clarify. In the I-129F instructions it states that every page should be copied to use the passport as proof of citizenship. see bold type

5. What Documents Do You Need toShow That You Are a U.S. Citizen?

B.If you were naturalized, give USCIS a copy, front andback, of your original Certificate of Naturalization.

C.If you were born outside the United States and you are a U.S. citizen through your parents, give USCIS:

(1)Your original Certificate of Citizenship, or

(2)Your Form FS-240 (Report of Birth Abroad of aUnited States Citizen).

D.In place of any of the above, you may give USCIS acopy of your valid, unexpired U.S. passport issued witha validity period of at least five years. You must submit copies of all pages in the passport.

I know thats what it says and all but remember I stated that I was just saying my opinion and what worked for me, not giving false info and telling people what they should do, cause they should send the whole thing for citizenship proof. thats just what we sent and they were happy.

However, we all know what makes one adjudicator happy makes another frown

For the proof of travel though, just the travel pages are fine.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this, but make sure the stamps in your passport coincide with plane ticket stubs and other proof of being with her at the times listed in your passport. The pictures are secondary proof.

I was just paranoid and copied the front and back and all pages of the passport, including the blank pages. I also made sure to print and send my itineraries that showed the same dates as my passport stamps.

If you're sending the passport (copies) for/with your I129F (K1) you need to copy ALL pages - they are numbered. That's what it asks for.

From the instructions on I129FIn place of any of the above, you may give USCIS a copy of your valid, unexpired U.S. passport issued with a validity period of at least five years. You must submit copies of all pages in the passport.

12 Pics isn't bad - can't say if it's too much or too little - every case is different - but sounds OK - date the back with location noted also.

We included only the first page of my fiancee's (the USC) passport and the immigration stamped page. Since there were other dates stamped on it when he visited other countries, we used highlighting pen for the dates that he entered and exited my country to visit me. And yes, make sure it will collaborate to boarding passes, itineraries and travel tickets.

I would want to imagine that if you're going to include copies of stamped pages of your passport, that you would at least want to include a copy of the page that identifies the passport as yours. The stamps on their own don't help you.
