When filing for permanent residency (I 130) for a parent, is there any issue if the parent has maximized their visa stay each time they visit. In other words, if the CBP agent allows the parent to stay six months each time they visit, is there an issue when filing the I 130 if the parent stayed up to six months each time they visited? Note, the parent never over-stayed their visa on any visit.

They did not overstay, so no issues at all.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
