Advice Please: Confused about Packet 3 and Packet 4 Instructions

Hello....seeking advice please.

Packet 3 instructions are very precise about what must be submitted and whether originals or copies are required. Ok, so that makes sense to me.

Then when I review Packet 4 instructions there is a checklist of documents to bring to the interview and the precise order for the documents to be assembled. But the checklist includes documents that were submitted with Packet 3 (not counting originals vs copies): Photographs, again? Evidence of Financial Support, again?

I understand the need to bring original documents if copies were submitted with Packet 3...but for the life of me I can't understand why they would request additional passport photos and re-submission of the evidence of support. What am I missing? Maybe updated Evidence of Support is required if a significant amount of time has elapsed? Or if the sponsor's financial situation has changed?

Or just maybe this whole process has fried my brain and I'm not thinking properly!

From I read, you need to make package 3 again and bring with you for interview. Anything that submit in copy version during package 3, you need to bring the original version for the interview.
