Hello everyone . Please I was just wondering how long does one have to stay in Ghana before coming to the states after being approved for a CR1 visa . When the 2 year anniversary is in January . Should the spouse come after the 2 year or he can come anytime? Please keep in mind we want the 10 year visa at port on entery. Thankyou in advance

He has to enter after the 2-year anniversary.

But remember there is a date in the passport that he has to enter before.

Thank you
