I got it eudesk.. done paying the visa. And yes theres more slot!! OMG. Im praying for our P3. Next week we will received it. I didnt choose any date for my interview yet. My fiance told me to wait til we get the P3. Dont worry youl be fine too ok.

Sorry for my late response. Yes exactly that format. I choose the second option. Ill send them message again later for our packet 3. lol I really badly need it next week for us to able to go for booking. Our NOA2 is just until december 2. How about you? Though it can be extended i wanna fly before dec.

https://ceac.state.gov/CEAC/ - ds160. print every page but only the confirmation page you have to bring in interview.you can also check your case status here.

Make sure you already have the case number. Without the case number you wont be able to proceed!

Hi Mural,

Addition to my comment, make sure to write down the code that is written in the upper right. Coz without it you wont be able to retrieve your ds160. The site will automatically close if you dont save it after 15-20min.

Hi guys, so my fiance just received an email from abu dhabi stating that we do not need a packet 3, since we have a packet 4 and a set date for our interview. The thing is we dont even know what a packet 4 is, also avu dhabi emailed me as well saying that they sent my packet 3 in july. I am just really confused about this. Does anyone have a copy of what a packet 3 looks like? Because our noa 2 is expiring in october 14 and is that going to be a problem if our Noa2 expires before our interview date?

Packet 3 is sent in Email and the content is below, as posted by other member.. Probably the packet sent before was lost for some reason, they send an email and you might have lost it. You mentioned your NOA2 is expiring on Oct 14th, When is your Interview? Expired petition may be a problem. You need to attend the Interview before it expires or extend the NOA2 approval.

You must complete the following two forms, print them and bring with you on your interview day:

Obtain the following documents on this checklist which pertain to you. Do NOT send them to this office,

NOTE: The documents listed are required for both your nonimmigrant visa and the U.S. Immigration authorities when you apply for permanent residence status.

PASSPORT: A passport must be valid for travel to the United States and must have at least six months validity beyond the issuance date of the visa + 1 copy.

BIRTH CERTIFICATE: Original birth certificate plus translation (if not in English) + 1 copy of each.

UNOBTAINABLE BIRTH CERTIFICATES: If an official birth certificate is not obtainable, present the best possible secondary evidence, such as a baptismal certificate, hospital certificate, school records, and/or a notarized affidavit from your parents.

DIVORCE/DEATH CERTIFICATE: Original Divorce/Death certificate (if applicable) plus translation (if not in English) + 1 copy of each.

EVIDENCE OF RELATIONSHIP: You will be asked to submit evidence that you have previously met your fiancé (e), and proof of a valid fiancé (e) relationship with your petitioner. It is, therefore, useful to bring with you letters, photographs, or other evidence of your engagement.

POLICE RECORDS: Each applicant aged 16 years or over is required to submit a certificate from the appropriate judicial or police authorities from the country of the applicant's nationality and/or current residence where the applicant has resided for at least six months since attaining the age of sixteen, as well as from all other countries where the applicant resided for at least six months since attaining the age of sixteen. For countries maintaining national police records, a certificate from the national police or judicial authorities must be submitted. For countries not maintaining national police records, a certificate must be obtained from each locality. A police certificate must also be obtained from the police authorities of any place where the applicant has been arrested for any reason, regardless of the length of residence. Police records from certain countries are considered unobtainable. If not in English, it must be translated.

COURT AND PRISON RECORDS: Persons convicted of a crime must obtain a certified copy of each court record and any prison record, regardless that they may have benefited from an amnesty or pardon. If not in English, it must be translated.

MILITARY RECORDS: A certified copy of any military record (if applicable) plus translation (if not in English) + 1 copy of each.

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT: Evidence which will show that you are not likely to become public charge in the United States. An affidavit of support Form I-134 should be completed by the petitioner and submitted with all supporting documents - current salary letter, current bank statement and 1040 tax form for the most recent year. A joint sponsor would also be required if the petitioner is unemployed. Originals, not photocopies, of these documents must be brought.

MEDICAL EXAMINATION: Follow the instructions on the attached instruction sheet for obtaining a medical examination. This medical examination will also be accepted by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service for adjustment of status to lawful permanent residence.

Do you know where I can extend my NOA2? And do you know if they can resend a packet 3 because I have just sent an email to abu dhabi requesting for one.

Also they have emailed my fiance stating that we do not need the packet 3. Saying we have the packet 4 already. I am so effing confused with this god damn embassy, its so hard to contact them and theyre taking too much of our time.

I myself waiting with NOA2 for case to go to UAE EM All my tips are based on previous UAE Cases i have been following.

Looks like your Packet3 is not a problem, as long as you have all the necessary documents.

However NOA2 should not have expired.
