I plan to co sponsor my cousins fiancée. My cousin doesn't earn enough to meet the poverty guidelines.

I don't know which affidavit of support form to use. Also, my tax return is a joint return, since I'm married and me and my wife file a joint return. Does my wife also need to fill out and sign an affidavit of support too? Any help would be appreciated.

if you need the form to mail to the fiancée for her interview, the embassy want the I-134.

if it is an AOS after marriage it is going to be the I-864.

concerning the joint tax .. no idea .. maybe these links can help or someone has been through this before can help !
