My husband originally had an interview in July but we had to reschedule this appointment. We missed the date then rescheduled online through the us-visa website. I received a confirmation email that states the new date and the website now shows to attend the appointment. However i can't schedule the ASC. My lawyer called and was told that the date on the website isn't true?? However i can not get through to talk to an operator. When I call the numbers listed on the us visa website it is just a recording of generic info. Has anyone delt with a reschedule or know how I can get to an operator at the consulate to speak with?? Thanks. Btw this is for the CR1 Immigrat visa in Ciudad juarez mexico.
