Hi there,

So my wife and I got married over 3 years ago. She was a resident until recently and I am from England. She filed the I-130 about a year ago so we have a priority date of 16SEP2015 it said on the letter f2a visa. Now she has become a us citizen so sent off her papers and I received a nvc case number and invoice ID number with six steps.

I have chosen the agent (myself) which was step one and paid fees (step 2).

Next few are collect supporting documents, would these be the same she sent for the I-130?

Then after this what happens? I am confused by all these numbers and codes, it says at the bottom I will have an interview in London but how long away is this? What about medical? Am

I at the end stages now or is there something from uscis also? Sorry for maybe stupid questions i just want to get my head around it and know where I am at and any help greatly appreciated.

Thank you

hi

did your wife update her status at the nvc stage, so you have your interview once your case has been completed?

since your wife is a USC, you don't have to wait until your priority date is current with the visa bulletin

the medical is done a few days before your interview
