Hello, my fiancé and I are confused on which visa we should do, as we want to be together as soon as possible, we know the waiting times can be long but we'd like to know please. My fiancé is a massage therapist and he does not meet the minimum requirement income sadly and we are having trouble finding a co-sponsor. He works full time so getting a second job would be impossible. Is there any visa suitable for us?

Thanks in advance

Start by reading the comparison. http://www.visajourney.com/content/compare Please disregard the k3 option as it is an obsolete visa type.

Also, whichever visa you choose, the American petitioner must meet the poverty guidelines or find a co/joint sponsor in order to bring a fiancé/ spouse

oh! for the k1 they WILL allow only 100%, even if my fiancé is a massage therapist?

Yes but when it comes time for AoS, you will need 125% of the poverty guidelines, also you will not be able to work until you have the EAD

Ok, but in the meantime, we can start the process? Because my fiancé does meet the 100%

Montreal will require 125% some embassies allow 100% but the consulate in montreal does not as far as I know.

The joint sponsor can be anyone who lives anywhere in the USA and is an LPR or USC.

If your fiancé is able maybe he can find a second job or a better paying one.
