After 130 petition approval (Frankfurt) stuck with supporting docs

Hello,

Me and my US Spouse are planning (after living in Germany for 7 years together) to move to the US.
We filed for 130 petition Frankfurt and it was approved after 5 weeks.

Now I submitted my 260 online and my spouse submitted the affidavit of support online. We received for the affidavit a message by email, that we submitted it on the wrong system but no instructions as to where to submit it to. I guess it has to go to Frankfurt and we submitted on the USCIS system - but how does it has to be submitted to them? Is there also an online submission system or do we have to ship it by mail, like the original 130?

Does anyone of you know, if there is a direct phone number for immigration matters at the Frankfurt Consulate? We called and got the operator and he only supplied us with an email address. We send email request but no answer as of yet.

Any advise?
