He is not a citizen of Morocco therefore it's a bit complicated for immigration even if NVC sends out the case to the consulate in Casablanca. He will need to provide evidence of birth from Nigeria, also Police and Court certificates from Nigera and Morocco ( because he resided for more than 6months in the country ).

In Morocco, if you are born at home not in a hospital, it does not make any difference, because the parents should declare the new born to the authorities, in order to put the name under the parents Civil status booklet, which you can use to request a birth certificate whenever you need it.

Your fiancé should be declared during birth even at home. If he is not declared it means he is not a citizen of Nigera, logically speaking, that's how the law works.

Just try to figure out something, and there is nothing you can do from Morocco because he was not born in Morocco neither he is a Moroccan citizen.

Good luck and keep us updated.
