Administrative Processing from US embassy Abu Dhabi

Don't feel bad.my husband is in AP too after interview.but they only needed a few more papers.which they have now.his from Kurdistan Iraq

i went through AP myself. but i was told it might need a week , and it took exactly a week.

what did the Officer tell you?

He said he need further review and handed me 221G white slip marked AP on it and returned my passport and said keep checking embassy website for updates.

well , you were not asked for any additional info . so you will sit back and wait until your case status updates , usually it's info verification and background checks.

Well my case updated 3 times after interview but still AP I am at this immigration process since December 2014 and now at the end got this AP such a bad luck in my case

My fiancé is from Erbil, Iraq and he had his interview 8/14/16 in Abu Dhabi and was told for him to provide more pics together did that in one day went the next day gave them about 60 pics. They gave him a blue slip and it was highlighted where it says administrative processing to check online for updates. Down on the bottom of page it says on other: will call him when complete. Went online to check status - case created 8-16-16 and updated 8-18-16.. Till this day still says the same.. ??

they might be doing some background checks keep wacthing on Abu Dhabi status update site aswell

Hi Amkhan.. I remember you mentioned you had your case expedited. I had mine appoved for expediting on Sept 13 and the documents were sent to the Uae embassy on Sept 14. I have had no response regarding my interview. I have sent multiple emails but no reply. How soon after did you get ur interview date after nvc sent ur documents. Do you have a number I can call as well.

We are in the same boat. the visa status at ceca kept updates from the same day of interview 25th, 27th and 30th to 'READY' consecutively then on OCT 31st the creation date and update both of them changed to OCT 31st then to 'ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING' and the status visa went from immigrant to nonimmigrant. Since then there is no update.
