I submitted N 400 on Aug 1. Received the letter with the info of USCIS account access info. I created the account as per instruction yesterday. It seems fine as I can find my application status as it was under review. But I tried to login again just to make sure and I could not both yesterday and today.

I logged in with my email and password that I set up. Received the email and text about one time access code. I typed the numbers from the email but always shows

Warning - An Error Has Occurred

There has been a technical problem with USCIS ELIS.

We cannot process your request at this time. Please try submitting your request again in a few minutes.

Is that website problem or did I do something wrong? Or should I call USCIS customer service??

The problem is on their end, not yours. Calling is futile. :)

I called USCIS technical support last week. They verified me by asking security questions for my account and sent email to change password. I followed the link and did everything, received one time password to login. Then, error.

I checked case status by using my file number. I also received the mail on last Friday that I have to go for finger print at the field office.
