I think the "testing" should be the SATs. No one admitted with a score under 1200 (or is that now 1600 with the new SAT?).

With that in mind perhaps this should apply to American citizens too. All citizens must pass such a test, if not they will no longer be citizens, and be sent to workhouses or forced labor to do all the jobs that immigrants do. Fantastic idea for the greater good, Comrade.

I can only comment on what he said. But that's usually not what he meant. Here, he's actually taken both sides of the issue - he likes babies and he doesn't. I'm unsure where I need to apply the reverse. Could go either way. I guess he's right after all. People just can't figure him out. He's too smart for us common people.

The content available on a site dedicated to bringing folks to America should not be promoting racial discord, euro-supremacy, discrimination based on religion , exclusion of groups from immigration based on where they were born, disenfranchisement of voters rights based on how they might vote.
