My wife died several months back and now I have to file a i751 with a waiver to remove conditions.. wanted some insight on my docs on what I'll be sending to USCIS:

1 LIGHT BILL(6 MONTHS)
2 INTERNET BILL(6 MONTHS)
3 SCOTTRADE STATEMENTS (6 MONTHS)
4 CAPITAL ONE CREDIT CARD (6 MONTHS)
5 BANK OF AMERICA BANK STATEMENTS (6 MONTHS)
6 HEALTH
7 DENTAL
8 VISION
9 BENEFICIARY OF MY LIFE INSURANCE
10 TAX 2014/2015
11 DEATH CERT/AFFIDAVITE
Any insight on the docs I'll be submitting would be really nice!

So sorry to hear of your loss. Do all those documents have both your names? How about rent/mortgage docs to prove you were living together prior to her passing?

What they're looking for is proof that you had a real intention of sharing your lives together, despite the fact that it turned out to be a tragically short time.

Personal things like photos of the two of you together would probably help too, and affidavits from people who knew you as a couple.

Again, sorry for your loss.

Yes all those docs have both of our names on it and no I didn't have her name on the lease/ as for affidavit, there was one that came with the death certificate cause they made a mistake

I can get an affidavit from her parents but that's about as much as I can get, both of us really wasn't into pictures
