how long will usually take to get 2 years green card?

Timeline

my receipt date for I485 is Sep, 23, so by today it has been 6 months. Does anyone has any idea on how long it will take for me to get the 2 year green card???

AOS:

Receipt date: 09/27/2006

Transfer Notice date: 10/13/2006 (To CSC)

Biometrics taken date: 10/13/2006

Transfer Notice date: 04/30/2007(From CSC to NBC national benefits center)

Wish my green card will come soon!!!

You can get a better idea by looking at the posted processing dates for I-485 at your local office.

You can find out what your local office is by looking at uscis.gov (the processing dates are posted there too).

Touched July 3, 2006

I-129F Approved by E mail August 21, 2006, Just 63 Days

NOA 2 for I-129F Received in the Mail August 26th, 2006

I-129F at NVC

Case Number assigned at NVC August 29, 2006 MNL2006XXXXXXXXX

NVC sends the I-129F to the Manila Embassy August 29th, 2006

Embassy in Manila Receives I-129F August 31st, 2006

Packet 4 Received by Melinda from Manila Embassy October 1, 2006

Interview at Us Embassy Manila, October 18, 2006

Visa Approved! Interview Completed.

Visa Delivered by DELBROS October 28th, 2006

October 30, 2006 Arrived back in LAX with Melinda, were going to Disneyland!!!

November 6th, 2006, Melinda and I are back home in Winslow Arizona loving Life!

yeap i checked that date, as of Mar, 15th data, they still processing Aug, 15th case.

That is actually normal. It can take even longer...Sorry, I am also about to file for AOS and I know It will take a long time.

Is that a normal processing TPT, I heard 6 month is a normal TPT, if longer than that, can we complain or request for expedite?

03-15-2006 Arrived in US

05-05-2006 Got Married

05-20-2006 Filed AOS/EAD

06-20-2006 Biometrics

(EAD was approved and mailed the card back in August 2006 but did not received the card)

09-07-2006 AOS interview in Detroit (Pending FBI name check)

10-09-2006 Touched

01-20-2007 Filed another EAD for the second time not sure what happened the first time might be lost in the mail.

02-20-2007 Touched AOS

03-11-2007 Touched AOS

03-13-2007 Email: Notice mailed welcoming new resident

03-16-2007 Email: Ordered prodution of new card

03-21-2007 Email: Mailed notice of AOS approval

03-22-2007 Can't believe it took only 1 day to receive the FAMOUS GREEN CARD expire: 03/13/2009
