Processing k-1!!! Need help

It's been 2 months that I sent out the forms of the k-1 fiancé. I'm getting super nervous because it's taking forever!!!!! The forms went to the California service center. Do they take longer to work on the papers? How long is the processing time?

The current processing time for CSC is 5 months. It may take less time or possibly more (this is rare right now) for you to get an approval. If you filed in June, CSC is still within their processing time frame, and there is nothing to do but wait.

I think you should hear back from them somewhere between 2 to 4 weeks, if you have been already waiting for 2 months. That would be my guess! Please fill your timeline in and check what the website estimates your NOA2 date to be...

CSC currently working on June..I saw June filer some got their NOA2 (approval)..My guess is yours should be pretty soon.

2 months is within range. we got our NOA2 after more than 2months. Check my timeline. If there has been no feedback after 5months, I would recommend to start checking up with them

It takes time to wait. as long as you have USCIS receipt number you can check your status online or through an app. i was there too. nervous and keep waiting. still waiting for interview. and if you have any question you can call USCIS too (US. Citizen only). Normally it wont takes more than 5 months

If you could it will give you an approximate adjudication date. Why not do that while you wait? It will help down the line should you have further questions.

Patience will be key during this process. Things don't always go lickety split and processing times fluctuate. Read ahead to prepare for the next step!

Normally a case get adjudicated within 2-3 months. If you look at timelines here, you see most of the K1 appliers being approved around that time of waiting. That's kind of the normal time to get approved (or receiving a RFE). However, there are a few unlucky people and it can take up to more, like 5 or 7 months. However, that is like a 2 out of 10 chance.
