i-129f Transfered to VSC From Missouri

I received a notice of Action, stating my file have transfered to VSC.

This seems different. Anybody has any clue?

FEB 02, 2007 - Sent Form I-129F via Priority Mail

FEB 09, 2007 - Chicago recieved

FEB 20, 2007 - NOA-1

FEB 28, 2007 - NOA-2: Transferred to VSC FROM MISSOURI SERVICE CENTER)

This has been happening. Some get transffered to CSC orther I suppose like in your case to VSC. Often after people get transfered they get approved with in a few weeks. Best wishes. Did you get your notice of transfer via email or in snail mail?

I received the NOA by mail (not e-mail). Also checked USCIS online status, it says:

Current Status: Case received and pending.

Any insight?

On the statement within the body, you will know if it has been approved or not. If you receive a Notice of Action indicating they just transferred your case, and the first line doesn't mention anything about " You are approved ", then it's not an approval notice.

Well from what you say and from what I have seen from other people that have gotten this letter, they usually get an approval NOA2 after they are transffered out of the Missouri. However, in your cause Im a bit confused because based on your timeline you got the NOA2 Feb 28. Are you sure that notice was an approval notice NOA2 or just just a letter to let you know that you were being transfered.

If indeed you did get your NOA2 then maybe they are getting ready to send you to NVC.
