I-131 Advance Parole Travel Document. 30 days since approval and nothing

Morning Visa Journey!

On the 19th of July I checked my online USCIS Case status of my I-131 Travel Document. I found, to my delight, that it had been approved on the 18th July! I was relieved as I fly to England on the 17th August. So I figured it wouldn't take that long to arrive in the mail. But lo and behold, I have received nothing.

I rang USCIS Monday 8th August to check on it, she said I had to wait 30 days from approval before I could ask any further questions about where the travel document might be!

Does anyone have any suggestions or experience they could share? I am losing sleep over this!

Did you get an EAD? If so, check to see whether it's a combo card (i.e. it serves as Advance Parole).

No I didn't go for an EAD. Just the AP

I just called USCIS customer service, and they said they haven't mailed it yet!

Does anyone know why that might be?

Were you able to travel with your AP? The lady who assisted us today at the local USCIS office here in San Francisco told us that although it has been approved it might take a week or 3 for us to received the AP. So we are going to try and wait this week for the notice in the mail and make sure to call for follow up so they can somehow rush it because i really need to travel within this month.
