please house i just want to ask this, how long does it take USCIS to approve petition. i got RFE on 18may 2016 for both i129f n i130 and i responded to both 10june 2016. in the letter they sent they said i will hear from them within 60 days today makes it 65days and nothing has changed .i kept seeing your response to RFE was received. what do i do. i am totally confused now.

Why don't you call them and have them set up a service request to look into your case?

60 days is just a days they give doesn't mean they will be done by then.

What was the RFE? What was asked for means everything and if they have to verify and such Since you have both petitions that truly slows things down unfortunately. Did you not send in evidence? What was the issue?

thanks for your reply they asked for evidence of bonafide relationship . which i submitted joint account, joing insurance , wedding photo,western union, gifts, facebook chats and more.. well my wife will call them tomorrow monday i will write back what they said. thanks
