Attempted Delivery of I-129f but Business is Closed

My fiance sent our i-129f package to the address in Texas for Express mail, they attempted delivery but we received a message that the business is closed and they will attempt delivery again when the business is open. Will they try again Monday? I am worried now that it won't be delivered!

You should be fine. You will likely receive delivery confirmation on Monday.

BTW: Your filing location is the Texas Lockbox in Lewisville, TX, not the Texas Service Center.

When did you send it? If you sent it Thursday, Friday, or Saturday wait until tomorrow. They automatically attempt Redelivery. If the postman was running behind he may not have made it to the office on time and may have to deliver it tomorrow. 

Did you send it to the address for Express/courier delivery (the Suite) or the PO box? If you sent it to the PO Box it should display delivered. If you sent it to the Suite that may come up, as it is an office with Monday to Friday hours and someone will sign for it. P

 

If you sent it to the PO Box and that's what it says, or if you sent it to the Suite and it is not delivered tomorrow call USPS. When I sent my K1 petition last August USPS copied down the address wrong in their system, so it got sorted to the wrong location and would have been delivered to a residential address of some person I dont know. I called multiple times but they struggled to understand the mistake, they said it was MY mistake. It took A LOT to talk to a human and the person I got was very rude. Thank god the postman delivering my package noticed the address on the package and the address USPS wanted it delivered to were different, and made sure the package reached its destination. If the postman hadn't noticed I don't know where my package, full of sensitive information, would have ended up.
