I'm a Canadian citizen, filling out my part of the i-130 and I'm confused about the i-94 section of the form. When I look at my i-94 records it only shows when I left Canada/entered the US by plane the last time I did that was in March. I've been in the US since May but I have no "records" of that. My mother who went through AOS a few years ago said to just put "0"s in place of the i-94 record number and enter the date I arrived, but what do I enter for the "date authorized stay expires"?

I'll attach a photo of what part of the form I'm talking about, I've just been told to not leave anything blank but to write either "N/A, NONE, or 0's" but I'm forced to enter an actual date on the form and I can't put "0's" or "N/A"... but if I don't have a travel record is it ok to leave the expiry date of authorized stay blank??

help!

I went through thee same. Because I have travelled with my NEXUS card, most of my visits did not show up. Also, when I got married and updated my passport, no sign of old passport entries. I called Nexus - they told me it was my job to keep track.

I tried to contact US Border first but after a month and a half, no movement. in the meantime, i requested my tavel docs from canada border control and had them within a month via mail. So, that's my suggestion.

For the online DS-260 app, I called NVC regarding not knowing my exact entry dates. They said to give my best guess and bring my travel itinerary in with me to the interview.
