Hello! Im about to apply for AOS but i just found out that my husbands middle name in our marriage certificate was mispelled instead of Russell it was Russle im worried we will have an rfe in our AOS bec of my husbands middle name was mispelled,similar cases like mine?what should we do? Thanks VJ's

Go get it fixed and wait for the potential RFE. You may not hey one but either way it should be fixed. If you do get a RFE for simmering that minor simply write a explanation and send the correct one.

Hello do you experienced the same things that your marriage certificate was misspelled?does it affect your AOS before? im about to file for an AOS already nextweek the only problem is his middle name was misspelled RUSSELL TO RUSSLE in our marriage certificate
