Good morning all! Thought I would say hello and introduce myself in this forum. I've a USC, been living here in Arg and have been with my BF/now husband for the past 6 years, living here. He's a dual citizen (Bel/Arg) and has had a b1 visa forever. We have always traveled back and forth to the US quite a bit. We just recently got married and we have 3 YO twins. He was previously married/divorced. We unexpectedly got an offer on our home/business so we decided to move to the US. We were going to do the K1 visa but since we live abroad and he supports me, we decided to get married since we can show the financial assets/savings as proof of support.

So - now that we're married, I'm finalizing the info.

1) I have the i-130 form filled out. I have a translated/legalized copy of our marriage cert. I have a copy of his prior divorce cert (from the US so no translation needed). He and previous wife lived in Argentina but were married/divorced in the US. I have copies of the consular reports of birth abroad from our twins which lists us both as parents. I have 2 copies of the G-235a forms (his and mine). I have 15 of so color copies of pics of us together, with our kids, with each other's families, etc. taken from FB that show the dates over the last 5 or 6 years. I have one passport style picture of him and one of me. I have a check to pay. Am I missing anything?? Should I include anything else?

We don't have any joint bank accounts since banks here didn't want to open an account for me as a US citizen (even though I"m a perm resident).

2) On the i-130, it asks for address in several places. We live on a farm where there is no mail service. Our legal address (which we use on all documents) is in town - actually his mom's house but that's both of our legal residences. Is it okay that I use that address on the forms? I don't want to be disingenuous but it seems like it should be consistent but just want to double check if people think that's okay?

3) Also - is easiest just to put my parent's address as our intended place of residence? I still use that address for my banking/credit cards, etc in the US.

We're intending to go to the US in Oct and buy a house in S. Carolina, we'll all travel together and I'll stay and get things set up with our kids while he'll come back and forth until the visa stuff is finalized.

Thanks All!!
