What would happen if you changed Address during the K-1 Process?

Hi everyone, I'm currently living with my parents and they've been thinking about selling the house sometime next year and I'm not 100% sure exactly when they'll wanna sell the house and for all I know it could even be this year if I submitted forms with my current address and for whatever reasons I moved or changed address how would I go about informing them of that? What would happen? Thanks!

if you are beneficiary they are concerned with your mailing address where to send you stuff...so either get a P.O. BOX or...stay put ...or just give them a call and they (immigration officer) should be able to answer

I'm just worried that even if I call them with my updated information that they'll already have certain packages on the way or close to being sent. And then you have the whole problem where they "Update it" And it still gets sent too your old address. I might look into getting a P.O Box, or even just try calling them and see what happens. What number would I have to call to update my address with an Immigration officer?

I moved your post from the K1 forum to Canada.

Moving is not the end of the world, it can happen. Most embassies send Packet 3 and contact you by email, not by regular mail. Once you fill all their forms, you will be able to put the address in which you are at.

Someone from this part of the forum will be able to confirm how they will contact you.
