Throughout this process, whenever I've looked something up on the forums and couldn't find my answer, I've come back to post my experience so that hopefully, someone else will be able to find the answer to their question.

My fiance and I met online, but not on a dating website. I saw many people were getting RFE's asking for proof that this website wasn't an online marriage broker. Today, we found out our case was approved :dancing: and we didn't get any RFE's. However, I'd recommend that anyone who met on a dating website or anything LIKE a dating website include with their application the terms of service of the website, since so many people get these RFE's.

I've said it before, but I'll say it again. Somewhere, sometime, someone said that you cannot file i-129f's from abroad. I've read on this forum so many times that the USCIS will not mail anything to addresses abroad. This isn't true. We had no problems with filing from the middle of Russia and getting our forms. We used UPS to mail our documents, including a change of address form for me.

Some other notes for people who might be wondering:

-My fiance and I are very analytical, careful people. When we put together our application and provided evidence, we enclosed a few examples of our mushy, sappy, "I love you to the moon and back!" conversations. But we focused on providing conversations that showed how we connected and how we discussed conflicts (we come from two backgrounds, we're two different religions, my divorce, etc). Maybe it made no difference. But I don't think it hurts.

-We'd met once for a week and then I went to Russia for the summer to be with my fiance. I was sure to expand on that information, as well.

I hope this information helps someone out there!
