So I sent my I-129F last week to NSC, who transferred it to CSC, who sent me the NOA1! At least they got it...now if only the rest of the steps moved as fast as this initial processing.

Now I guess I can expect to wait until at least May, most likely June before any actual news....the wait begins!

Thanks to all for the assistance and advice!

Did you get the NOA-1 in the snail mail or E mail ? BTW Congratulations.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Congrats!!! I mailed mine in late February and they recieved it on 28 February. My checked was cashed on 5 March and I was in the system the same day. I never did get an official notice in the mail. I really don't expect one. But at least I know my case is, "pending".

No snail mail or E-mail notification...yet. I saw they cashed my check and I was able to electronically view the check image (thanks to online banking). On the back-side of the check under "Endorsements" my receipt number was clearly identified and I was able to login to the web site and see my case status online.

Just an update...I got my paper NOA1 receipt in the mail today from CSC. I know some others in this thread mentioned never getting a NOA1 in the mail...not sure why. Anyway, doesn't give any specfic details of the case...really nothing more than a confirmation with generic text that the file is in process and to check the web site for processing times.

Congratulations! That's a good start! It's going to be quite a wait so you need to be more patient, sit back and relax and let it roll! Most likely, you'll get approved June since you're CSC filer.
