Hello all,
We are assembling our AOS packet and i was wondering if the I-765 and the I-131 had to have their own cover letter and such.
AND. Does the I-765 have to have two more passport photos other than the ones i included for the I-485?
This is a sample of our cover letter. Please let me know if it is acceptable.

Cover letters are optional, so sending them is your choice.

I personally sent 4 cover letters (1 listing everything, 1 for the aos papers, 1 for the ead papers and 1 for the AP papers). It worked for me so I could get myself organized and make sure every document was there.

I sent 2 photos for every form, so 6 total. So far, so good, I have my interview scheduled for next month. (And no rfie or rfe til now)

I sent one cover letter listing each form and the supporting documents sent with each... I also made sure the forms and corresponding documentation had rubber bands around them so they were easy to separate and yet be bound together... just my two cents worth

For example:

Form I-485 with the following documentation:

(put the list here)

Form I-765 with the following documentation:

and so on....

I only sent a cover letter for The entire package :)

You have to send 6 pictures (2 for each form) if you apply for AOS, EAD, AP taken in the last 30 days. It's stated on the instructions. :)
