i have my k-1 visa,i get married..

i have my social security,my ID and my bank account..

the question that i want to spend a holiday in New York next month,i have the rights now to move inside the states or still yet?

You have to apply for advance parole first or wait for your conditional green card before traveling outside u.s.

You can move freely around and go on holidays in the US as you want too!

It's only outside the US you can't go with out your AP.

For International travel, travel outside the US, USCIS requires you to have at this point either an Advance Parole (AP) document, or a Green Card (GC).

For travel within the US, US interstate travel, you should have some form of government-issued ID. If the government-issued ID (passport) has a different last name, you should also bring a copy of your marriage certificate.
