Yes I said that earler.a blank 5.56 with no barrel stop still expels a very forceful blast of gas pressure. Enough to blow out windows from a few feet. Trust me on that one

You could attempt to make an involuntary manslaughter charge stick, but I'm not confident it would be a success. Negligence absolutely and someone should pay for it. Civil suit would be successful as well. Very sad case.
