Yellow Visa Packet and CFO Questions

Hi! I was approved last Monday (August 1) and I picked-up my Visa from 2Go Pampanga last Friday (August 5.) The yellow packet has 2 small tears (less than 2cm) on cut part of the envelope. Is it necessary to have it repackaged at the embassy? I have sealed the plastic again after I got the passport and placed the packet in a flat, safe place to avoid further damage. (Please see attached photo)

Also, what are the "other documents" that might be required during CFO? I read that they might ask for my fiancé's birth certificate, proof of naturalization, pictures and cenomar. Did I miss anything? :) Lastly, my Cenomar dated July 2016 is inside the packet. However, I have another one that is valid until August 18 only. My CFO is cheduled on August 17. Do you think they will accept it? :)

I'm trying to organize everything so I can do all Manila errands in one day. Thank you :)

Tear in the envelop is normal. If you can get three fingers in the hole then you have "normal" packet.

See here for additional help with the interview and the required documents http://dennyeyberg.wixsite.com/filipino-am-visa/cfo

CENOMAR with August date is fine.

I made a mistake on your envelope I meant to say if you CAN'T get three fingers then you are ok.

Once in the states you can fly anywhere domestically before or after the wedding.
