1-129F About File Now But...

Hey,

I was going through my packet one last time before going to the post office to mail the I-129F off. I saw the finance letter of intent which is signed and all but the address in the header is an old address since they recently moved. Is this ok, with the old address or do I need to get the whole thing updated?

You should be OK. You can always submit an updated Letter of Intent when is time for the interview.

"To whom it concerns" is always a great salutation line, and the header doesn't matter.

Could just scan it and send in through email. No need to even pay to send a new one due to an address on it, if you insist on having a 'wet' signature. It only needs to be the signed statement of intent. No need for any formal letter formatting.
