Omg now I'm sure they found our case! Sent to NVC on October 3. NVC got it and they assigned a number today.

What about others?

They found ours after 9 weeks and sent on October 3 - but no numbers yet.

May 5 - I-130 Received

June 17 - RFE Received

August 4 - NOA2
October 3 - USICIS sent to NVC
October 12 - NVC received (69 days in limbo)

? - call NVC to review DS-261 and get IV invoice unlocked

12/22/16....CO refused to consider self-earned income and refused co-sponsor. Refused to take in consideration my own assets and property income and well established freelance business. Asked to show $100K++ on bank account while he knew that we have maybe only $70K cash. 

03/22/17....After several fights was interviewed in Paris. They kept my passport. Was told Administrative Processing won't take more than 2-3 weeks.

How is everyone doing? :-)

how are YOU?! your interview was today wasn't it? how did it go???

I got great news today as well- the embassy finally emailed us and assigned us for an interview date on October 30th!! only 5 days away! so exciting. i'm glad i have had all my paperwork ready to go just have to email them over to my fiance.

i pray for everyone still waiting for nvc, case numbers, interviews. its a long journey but feels so good when its near the end!

Bit stressed out. Our status now says "Ready" which is great so we can start gathering up our paperwork for interview, but my fiancé'a job won't give him a letter verifying his employment. Plus his co sponsor is retired so I'm a bit concerned if that'll cause a problem.

I dont understand why my CEAC status is still "at NVC"

NVC number was assigned on October 13

DHL track showing there were 3 parcels to Bangkok US Embassy from October 17-25, i dont know if one of them was our case

Embassy won't reply my email

guys, is this normal that case stuck at NVC for 15 days and still "processing"?

Is it normal? That is a difficult question to answer because there really are no standards of normalcy when dealing with USCIS and NVC. What is normal for me can prove to be abnormal for another individual. According to your profile signature it looks like you have already reached NVC and been assigned a case number. Have you followed up the case status via the CEAC website? Any conformation that the USEM in France has received your petition. Has there been any correspondence from NVC or the USEM / Department of State regarding movement on your case? Finally, what does the NVC operator tell you when you call and request a status update?

MEETING

12 March 2012: Met Dyn at a coffee shop in Kuwait

Summer 2012: I returned home to the U.S. to prepare a way for Dyn

Fall 2014: Dyn returns home to Philippines after seven years in Kuwait

ANNULMENT

February 2014: Engaged while I visited Philippines

March 2014: Officially hired attorney and filed for Dyn's annulment in Bohol, Philippines

December 2015: Bohol District Court issues decision in our favor

December 2015: Judge sends transcript of his decision to OSG for processing

February 05 2016: OSG returned receipt and approval to district court in Bohol. CoF to be issued end of second week in February

February 09 2016: Dyn is presented with the Entry of Judgment and her Certificate of Finality via the local court.

February 15 2016: LCR issues annotated marriage certificate, and necessary documents are forwarded to the NSO / PSA visa LBC

April 19 2016: Received CENOMAR and Annotated MC from PSA via private courier. DONE! COMPLETE! FINISHED! OFFICIAL!

I-129F / K1 VISA APPLICATION PROCESS

April 04 2016: I-129F sent to Texas Lockbox via USPS Priority Mail

April 12 2016: Email from USCIS acceptance confirmation

April 17 2016: Official NOA1 hard copy received

July 12 2016: NOA2 Approval hard copy received

July 14 2016: Post Decision Activity email from USCIS

THE LONG WAIT (USCIS misplaced approved petition)

September 16 2016: NVC received approved I-129F petition and assigns case number

INTERVIEW / MEDICAL PROCESS

October 04 2016: Day 1 of medical at SLEC in Manila

October 05 2016: Psychiatric evaluation off-site due to psychological incapacity annulment (10 hour eval with 800 question profile test)

October 13 2016: CFO Seminar completed successfully and certificate awarded (CFO stamp not issued until visa is presented).

October 20 2016: Return to SLEC complete psychological evaluation with resident psychologist (less than ten minutes)

October 21 2016: Vaccination day at SLEC (medical finally complete)

October 25 2016: Visa interview at USEM in Manila (APPROVED)

HOMECOMING

November 19 2016: Dyn's arrival at POE Dulles IAD in Washington DC

December 01 2016: Married

operator said today: our case is still processing and there's no timeline

operator stupidly repeating what CEAC status says, nvc call center seem useless

i can't believe we are so unlucky that we have to fight and be worried after each step, while others are getting cases sent to embassies within 5-10 days

Awww so so happy for you! That must be a great feeling! My fiancé got approved and now we are just waiting for them to issue visa which I heard takes about 2-3 weeks if your lucky !! I hope I am!

We all have been through so much on this thread. I'm happy we all moved forward and are one step closer to being with our loved ones.
