Hi,

I'm a green card holder and applying for my mother to come visit us. I have a question regarding the I-134 Affidavit of Support Form, does my husband need to fill out a separate form or can we use one form?

As far as I am aware, there is no affidavit of support for a visitor's visa. Your Mother applies on her own, and succeeds or fails to get the Visa based on her own merits.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.
