As far as I am aware, there is no affidavit of support for a visitor's visa. Your Mother applies on her own, and succeeds or fails to get the Visa based on her own merits.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

You don't need it since your mother has to apply based on her circumstances for a visitor visa.

Read the instructions for Form I-134. Under "purpose of this form," a visitor visa is not one of the purpose of an I-134.
