Tourist visa after 2 refusals

It seems the OP does not have strong ties to anywhere. He's from Armenia (but doesn't live there), has 3 uncles in the Netherlands (but doesn't live there either), and needs to establish strong ties to his country (but doesn't reveal which one he's talking about).

OP, you say you have a company with 10+ employees and that should establish ties to your country. Which country is this? As we all have noted, a visa is a privilege but not a right. We are not owed a visa because we previously obtained one. Telling business partners that you'll be around before even applying for a visa was not a good idea, especially as this is not the first time your application was denied.

guys I don't understand why some of you are so aggressive , really what happened ? )))

keep calm guys and try to respect each others ))

I'm not going to apply for Netherland citizenship just because of us visa, its sounds stupid.

please read the answers i wrote before writing such emotional comments ;)

I can meet my partners in other countries, its not a problem at all.

About the rules you are saying guys, I know at least 3 people who got tourist visa last two years, went to USA and not back, and believe me they didn't have any social or any kind of tie with the country.

Trust me, I reserve my emotions for non-VJ issues.

You've conveniently managed to avoid my questions. Why?

So again I ask, what country would they want you to have ties to? It is Armenia? Where do you currently reside? Perhaps you find the truth aggressive. I don't. So are you interested in getting immigration advice on establishing ties or do you just want to vent about how unfair you think it is that a privilege was not extended to you? I have disrespected you in no way.

No one here is being aggressive, just simply trying to be informative.

There is a great deal of confusion about your home country. Is it India by any chance?

Simply stated, regardless of your three friends with the tourist visa, you are not automatically entitled to a visa. You have to follow the same steps as everyone else the world over; apply for a visa, attend an interview. The CO adjudicates the application based on your ds160, the face to face interview, and your credibility. Please respect that straightforward process, rather than arguing with everyone on this forum.

Well, you can blame those friends for your visa denial.

It's not a fair system as it's all down to if the interviewing officer believes the applicant will return home.

Your friends obviously were very convincing, you obviously weren't.

The interviewing officers aren't always right in their assessments, the guilty succeed and the innocent fail sometimes. It's not fair but those are the rules and they're not likely to change any time soon.

August 2000: We start e-mailing. I'm in Bosnia, she's in Florida

October 29th 2000: She sends me e-mail asking if I would marry her

October 29th 2000(5 seconds later): I say yes

November 2000: She sends me tickets to Orlando for when I get back

December 6th 2000: Return from Bos

December 11th 2000: Fly to Orlando, she meets me at airport

December 22nd 2000: I fly back to UK

January 3rd 2001: She flies to UK (Good times)

Mid February 2001: Pregnancy test Positive

Mid February 2001: She flies back to US

March 2001: Miscarriage, I fly to US on first flight I can get

May 2001: I leave US before my 90 days are up

June 2001: I fly back to US, stopped at airport for questioning as I had only just left

September 2001: Pregnancy test Positive again

September 2001: She falls sick, I make decision to stay to look after her as I am afraid I may have problems getting back in.

April 16th 2002: Our son is born, we start getting stuff together for his passport

March 6th 2003: We leave US for UK as family

Early April 2003: Family troubles make her return to US, I ask Embassy in London about possibilities of returning to US

April 16th 2003: London Embassy informs me that I will be banned from the Visa Waiver Program for 10 years, my little boys first birthday

June 13th 2006: I-129f sent

August 11th 2006: NOA1 Recieved

After our relationship breaks down she admits to me that she had never bothered to start the application process
