Hello fellow K-1'ers I have a little issue here, maybe someone have or had similar experience. I have filed completed k-1 visa application with proof, pictures and personal money order to USCIS Dallas PO BOX on July 5th. (Note: I did not send electronic confirmation for for email/text notifications) I checked the USPS tracking and it said it was delivered on July 8th. I called my bank to see if my money order was cashed and they said that it was cashed on the 12th of July. Today is August 8th, it's been a month since they received it. But I have not received my NOA1 yet in the mail. Today I called USCIS and after telling them what happened, they transfered me to automated call back line which it said that waiting time is 90 minutes, I left my phone, 2 hours later no one called. I called again and agent transfered me there again and when I input my number, they said that they already have me on call back and they will calm me back in 310 minutes??? What??? It's absurd. So not I'm tuck waiting on their phone call, I'll give them until tomorrow afternoon and call again. Did anyone have or had similar issues??? Can anyone advise what my next step should be? Thank you so much.

You may want to correct your profile and timeline. You stated your a K1 but your profile states naturalization. Your timeline is confusing as well. Don't think you at Texas Service Center. All petitions are sent into the Texas Lockbox. That's different from the Texas Service center and they are not handling K1s at this time. Also your country is listed as the default Armenia.

Call them, I heard people having delays with getting their noa2 even lately in the mail.

Request to see if they sent it out and if they didn't ask them to. Confirm they have the correct address as well.

Will do thank you. Already waiting on their call back because thats where they keep on transferring me to
