Hello Everyone,

I have a few questions about this form...was hoping someone might be able to assist. Thank you in advance.

How do you answer #2 if you were born in the USA. It states "I am ___ years of age and have resided in the United States since _______ (Date). Should I put my month/year/date that I was born? I'm confused by this.

#3, they ask for the address of the beneficiary...right? It's not my address (the petitioner), right?

#8, The following persons are dependent upon me for support: Should I put down the name of the beneficiary? Currently, I am supporting no one. When my fiance comes, of course he will be my dependent until he can work. So, not sure what to put here/

#10 "I have submitted a visa petition on behalf of the following person." I did submit a K1 Visa application, so I should put down the name of my fiance, correct?

#11 I'm a bit confused by this...you have to write what you intend to contribute and the duration...do I put down up until we get married...like would I say I'll contribute a sum every week for 3 months?
