Where will the interview be if I'm not a UK Citizen, but living in the UK?

Hello everyone!

My fiance, the beneficiary, has lived in the UK for many years but is not a UK citizen. He is on a student visa. Does anyone else have a similar experience? Where did you interview? We are not sure if he can interview in London or if he will need to return to Pakistan for the interview, of which he is a citizen.

We're still a bit early in the process, waiting for our NOA2. But, we need to plan ahead.

He will be interviewed in London, where he is currently residing regardless of his citizenship.

Well, I just read that police certs need to be from countries where you've lived for over 6 months after the age of 16..."· Police certificates from your present country of residence and all countries where you have lived for six months or more since age 16 (Police certificates are also required for accompanying children age 16 or older)"

I think he went to high school in Pakistan...so he may need one from there. Does he need to actually go to the country to get police certs? I may need to post a question about this...

They do not need police certs from Pakistan, they are not reliable

Not much clarity to provide accurate info. Your post mentions "many years" and then says a student (assuming 4-years for college or 2-5 years for grad/PhD school etc.). Is your fiance legally in UK? If yes, then interviewed in London.
