Hello!

My name is Jose and my timeline in general terms is as follows:

In March 27th 2015, the NVC sent me a notification, according to which they had already received

the application that my wife, April, had filled up for me to get an immigrant visa, that is the first document I´m attaching.

In April 15th 2015, they informed me that they had received all the necessary documentation to process my case, (second document attached).

In June 5th 2015, they sent me a notification with the date of my interview at the U.S. consulate office in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, which was in July 28th 2015 (third document attached).

The day of the interview they informed me that it was not possible to give me a visa, (the reason of this is detailed in the fourth document I´m attaching to you), but

that I still had the resource of filling up an I-212.

When I had all the documentation ready for this, I sent it to the Homeland Security office at Phoenix, Az. They received my documentation in September 1st 2015.

Some weeks later I received some information, according to which my case had been turned to an office in Nebraska.

Finally in May 11th I received a notification letter from them according to which they had turned my case to your office.

Since it has been more than 2 months from that date, I would like to know (if possible) when will I know the date of my new interview at the consulate.

Thank you very much!

Welcome! I removed your full name and the attachments, as there was a lot of personal information in there; for your own privacy and safety, please never post full names, postal or email addresses, phone or case numbers online. Instead, tell us in your own words why you got a 212g and what you sent in evidence.

In general, we have no way of knowing when your second interview will be; have you tried contacting your elected rep's for an update?
