I file I-751 .. Jan 9 receive jan19 until now no reponse yet.. Wrong info in cover letter.. I state that .. My husband life insurance stating im the beneficiary... We only submit enrollee form from my husband work but upon checking it its not life insurance ita retirement plan 401k... My question is.. Is this a red flag? Possible rfe? Interview? What can I do? Its a honest stupid mistake.. Please advise

It is not a red flag and I doubt you will get an RFE for it (assuming you have enough other evidence), though IF you have an interview, you might get asked about it and can explain then.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

I think that the cover letter is the least important part of the package. ROC takes a long time so I believe that you are still within normal processing time frames. Don't worry, but be prepared as Penguin said. Good luck.

Naturalization Interview 2/22/17 APPROVED!

Oath Ceremony 3/21/17--Joan is a US Citizen!

Dual Citizenship 7/7/22 Joan is now a Dual US/Filipino Citizen!
