EAD for SSN for FAFSA

Hi I've been waiting for over 80 days for my EAD card and it still hasn't arrived. I contacted USCIS they said it was undeliverable, even though the addresss was correct. I requested it to be sent again with the address and I revived a notice that said they will resent my EAD within 45 days. It has been more than 45 days and I still haven't received my EAD. I need it in order to apply for a SSN and I need a Ssn to apply for fafsa which is federal grant so I can attend college. My college tuition is due next week and I need the money or else my classes will be dropped. What should I do?

EADs can take 70-90 days, give or take. Sometimes is less, but no one can tell you with certainty how long it will take for you to receive it.
