Hi everyone,

I am a male F3 intending immigrant who is annulled from my from my first marriage. I am currently re-married with 2 children. I have read in some of the posts that if grounds for annulment is psychological incapacity, you have to take a psych test at your medical exam in saint lukes medical center extension. Is this true even if you are already re-married? your inputs will be greatly appreciated.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
