Form I-130F F4 Classification Priority Date? US citizen Siblings

Hi Guys

I have recently decided to check up on my sponsorship of siblings. I am a US Citizen. They are both in their 40s and have family and kids. I had filed the Form I-130F in October 2013. My Priority Date for the petition of siblings is December 2 2013. They are from Pakistan. What is the likely Year or date you think they will be able to get a visa issued and arrive in USA?

Currently the wait is 10 more years. Highly unlikely the children will be coming with them.

It is taking 13 years for siblings so you have 10 more years to go. The amount of time may increase or decrease by then.

darn 13 years??. I thought the general wait time is 7-8 years. Their childern are only 4 or 5 year old now. so they'll be able to come by that time

Yep, 13 years. They are currently starting on cases from 2003. Prior to 2010 I think it took 7 - 8 years. But as you can see it has increase because more petitions are out and the line is getting longer. 10 years from now who knows what the wait time will be.

Yes, the kids should be able to come as long as they are under 21 by the time a visa is ready for their parents.

We waited for 10 years. Our petition was filed in February 2000 and was finish in December 2010
