Sending military certificate to the NVC without translation

Dear all

Do we need to translate the military records before we send it to the nvc ? Note: it was issued in Egypt in Arabic which is the official language of the country

please help

Just to be safe, we had ours translated even though we read like you that documents need to be in English OR the language of the country where the interview will take place. We had ours translated for less than 100 LE (birth certificate, military certificate, and police record).
