When u first sent the form i-130 did they sent u a receipt of notice that your petition is accepted and is on process?? Or they just told u they need more evidence from u?? And when date did u file your form i-130 petition?

My Package submited on May 25, i got NOA1 by email on June 15th and by mail on July 5th

Did you make a complete copy of the petition and documents you sent USCIS? If so, go through it and review it as per the instruction list of what is needed and suggested evidence to send.

Could be you simply overlooked signing a form.

You can never imagine what they can ask for in RFE. When I received same email I thought for days when the mail took 14days to arrive and I received request for one passport size picture of my husband when we already sent that. Let the mail come and send whatever wanted as soon as possible. Atleast they touched your case ?

The Marriage certificate you submitted on behalf of XXX and XXX was Issued by the XXX Consulate USCIS Does not consider a consulate as the appropriate authority to issued marriage certificate because they are not civil authority for this reason please comply with the following

The marriage certificate must be issued by an appropriate civil authority in order for the marriage to consider valid for immigration purpose, it must have been legally valid in the location where the marriage took place. The document must include the date of registration and signature of the registrar

XXX Citizen couple are Issued a document of marriage in the district where the marriage took place. Marriage and divorce document can be obtained from the district government in which they were originally issued.
