Hi

Looking to sponsor a sibling through the F4 category. I understand that you need to fill out the I130 first but I didn't see any information in regards to the derivative beneficiary (aka their spouse and their children)

- At one point in the immigration process will they request for this information? (Is this before the 10+ year wait or after?)

- What if they are past 21 by the time they request that information, does the age out rule still apply?

- Also, if their children are over 21 and married, that means they won't qualify for the age out rule correct?

- What other options would we have at that point? Another F4 sponsorship?

Thanks!!

hi

yes, number C17 states to list spouse and children, that's all for now

married children don't qualify to be derivatives, only unmarried children under 21

parents won't be able to file for married children until they become US Citizens
