I got letter saying request for initial evidence(1-i485)

here is what the letter says:
-Form I-864 Affidavit of support was submitted; however, it was not from the petitioner/sponsor.
Please submit a completed and signed Form I-864 with a revision date of 07/02/15, for the petitioner/sponsor listed on Form I-130 or Form I-129F. Even if a joint sponsor will be used, the petitioner/sponsor must submit form I-864(the form 1-134 is no longer acceptable to use for adjustment of status)also provide copies of petitioner sponsor's most recent federal income tax return and all supporting documents(w2,form 2555 and tax schedule.

DO i have tell my joint sponsor to fill 1864 again? or it is only petitioner my spouse .2 question my spouse who is a citizen has zero income and never filed for taxes.Should my my spouse only fill out the 1864 form and submit since we have joint sponsor who has all requirments

Your spouse has to fill out the i-864, regardless of his lack of income. In addition to the i-864, he has to submit a letter stating why he was not required to file for taxes.

Thank you @ xmaricrsc Basically my spouse will just have to write a letter and submit 1864 form.There is no need to ask my joint sponsor to redo it again

Yes, that is correct, assuming you have already sent all the necessary supporting financial documents for your joint sponsor.
